Eating the right foods. Your starting base to fabulous hair is eating the right foods, which will not only improve your hair quality but your skin will also look amazing too. Foods that are high in zinc, Omega-3 fatty acids, iron, and calcium are excellent to nourish your hair and skin so make sure to get plenty of these nutrients in during the months that lead up to your big day.

The sun is not your hair’s friend. Try to avoid being in direct contact with the sun because while we all love a good tan, the sun is very damaging to your skin, and will dry up your hair.

How to Help Your Hair Grow Before Your Wedding

Now that we’ve shared a few secrets on getting your hair healthy, here are a few more tips that will help your hair grow:

• Drinking about 3 cups of green tea and plenty of water each day will promote hair growth.
• Avoid heating tools and hair dye, but if you can’t go without them, make sure to use deep conditioning treatments once a week while you shower.
• Do not over wash your hair. Over shampooing can cause hair to weaken and break, we recommend washing your hair only 2 – 3 times a week
• Use satin pillowcases when you sleep to retain moisture.

• Shampoo your hair with a good quality shampoo the night before with minimal conditioner to prepare it before seeing your stylist and try to have a trial with both hair & makeup beforehand to make sure you are really happy!
